The Post That's A Bit Gutted

At approximately 5.30am Australian Eastern Standard Time, Chelsea Football Club were knocked out by Barnsley in the 6th round of the world's oldest cup competition, the FA Cup. 5 hours earlier, Portsmouth did the same to Manchester United.

Normally, I would be lamenting a loss, blaming it on the referee (like Purple Nose). But this time, I shall graciously accept defeat. Barnsley deserved their win after beating the likes of Blackpool, Southend and Liverpool (AT ANFIELD)(!!!!!!!!!).

For the first time since 1995, the FA Cup will be lifted by a team outside the Big Four. Long live the romance of the Cup.
